Royce Gracie is coming to Paducah! Monday, November 17, Royce will be here to conduct a seminar at our new facility. The children's session is 5:00-5:45 for $25. The adult seminar is 6:00-9:00. Black Friday Workshop On November 28, skip the shopping and learn some knife defense. The seminar is from 3:00-5:00 pm and is conducted by Jason Hawkins.
New Judo Class Work on your standing grappling and throws in Adult Judo with Brad Lynn. Class starts September 4 and will meet every Thursday from 5:00-6:00 pm.
